5. Orders and Payment

5.1 Order Confirmation

• Payment of deposit (typically 50% of total order value)

5.2 Payment Terms

• Standard orders: 50% deposit, 50% before shipping
• Large projects: Payment schedule to be agreed in writing

5.3 Late Payments

Orders will not be shipped until payment is received in full. Late payments may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of deposit.

6. Manufacturing and Delivery

• Custom orders: 4-6 weeks from design approval
• Large projects: Timeline to be agreed in writing

6.2 Shipping and Delivery

• We ship worldwide through reputable freight carriers
• Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination
• Delivery times vary by destination and customs clearance
• Risk transfers to buyer upon delivery to the carrier

6.3 Customs and Import Duties

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in their country. We recommend consulting with a customs broker before placing international orders.

7. Quality and Warranties

7.1 Quality Standards

All products are manufactured to ISO 9001 quality standards and undergo rigorous quality control before shipping.

7.2 Manufacturing Warranty

We warrant that products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months from delivery. This warranty covers:

8.3 Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled before production begins with full refund minus 10% administrative fee
• Orders in production cannot be cancelled; deposit is forfeited
• Completed orders cannot be cancelled

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Fatih Iron and protected by international copyright laws. Custom designs created for clients remain the property of Fatih Iron unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fatih Iron shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.

11. Installation

Unless specifically contracted, Fatih Iron does not provide installation services. Products must be installed by qualified professionals according to local building codes and safety regulations. We are not responsible for installation errors or related damages.

12. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
